The South Dakota Legislature welcomes Col. Derek Oakley and his wife Kelly to the State Capitol

This week, I had the pleasure and honor of inviting Col. Derek Oakley and his wife, Kelly, to make a presentation to the South Dakota House of Representatives and Senate. Col. Oakley is the Commander of the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth Air Force Base and will be hosting the B-21 Raider in the next few years.
